Terms of Sale
Payment and Deposit
- Please send a $500 deposit by paypal as soon as the auction closes.
This
will ensure completion of the transaction. Please pay the balance
within 7 days by wire transfer, cash or certified check. Please do not
pay the full amount through paypal or it will be reversed at your
expense (paypals fees).
Shipping
- Winning bidder is responsible for shipping arrangements. The
Dependable Auto Shippers banner above is about the best and cheapest
way to have one shipped if needed.
Warranty
- We are confident in our description of the vehicles we sell and are
not offering any warranties.
Notice - Your bid is a contract. We want this to be a good experience for both of us.
Winning Bidder - Successful bidders will need to contact us by email or phone within 24 hours after the auctions ending.
Buy Out
- Benefit Rental reserves the right to cancel bids and close an auction
early. A "Buy Out" purchase with deposit will guarantee ownersip. We do not offer "buy out" options on all of our auctions.
