This is a 1977 Jeep Cherokee (Widetrack) restoration project that I have lost interest in. I have about $30K in new unused NOS parts. Parts include factory fresh NOS body tub, doors, fenders, tailgate, front bumper (Warn factory/dealer), hood, grille assembly, dashboard, AM/FM/CB, roof rack, etc.
These are all new unused parts. Frame has been plasted and POR15. New stainless steel brake lines and AGR power steering pump. Front and rear axles are Dana 60's with ARB air locker and 4:56 gears (close to $10K in axles alone). Only the actual axle cases were reused. New hubs, axles, gears, brakes, etc. rear axle has TSM disc brake kit.
Have a professionally rebuilt AMC TH400 with NOS outer case. Also have a Chevy TH400 and professionally rebuilt NP205 case. Motor choice is yours. At this point you can go AMC or I intended to go Chevy. Have new Centerline 17 inch rims to match original five slot factory design.
I have done all the leg work and made the major investment. You get to put it all together and pick the motor, colors and tires.
You have an opportunity to build a factory fresh AMC Jeep with no rust or cobbled together parts.
